Discover a new model for promoting lasting motivation and engagement. Developments in brain research and neuropsychology have given us new insights into what it takes to get and stay motivated toward our goals.
This introductory program provides participants with interactive experiences and tools for themselves and their clients to:

Identify and remove obstacles blocking the achievement of goals

Understand and better manage “threat response”

Uncover and apply natural talents for lasting motivation.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

Articulate why traditional approaches to motivation are not consistently reliable

Use a new framework for facilitating immediate and lasting motivation toward specific goals

Use an effective new tool for identifying and defusing obstacles to success

Use an effective new tool to generate options and concrete actions to reach goals

Identify and defuse one of their own personal obstacles and generate options and actions to break through
